      Since our prices are already optimized, we do not encourage discount coupons. However, due to the popularity of our business, some coupon sites choose to promote our coupons which can be redeemed on our site at checkout stage.

      You can pay via Debit card, Credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express), Net banking and Cash on delivery (COD). Very soon you will be able to pay by your Surpluss e-wallet (Wallet Pluss).
    • Do you accept the card of any bank for debit or credit card payments (specify the cards acceptable for EMI options)?
      Yes, any credit or debit card that is legally acceptable in India can be used on our portal. Our EMI option is expected to go live on 1st August, 2014. In the beginning we will have EMI option for HDFC, CITI, and Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card customers. Other banks like ICICI, Axis, and Standard Chartered will be added by 16th August, 2014.
    • Is it safe to use prepaid payment mode on your website?
      Your payment is absolutely safe with us. Our security policy has strong clauses regarding the safety of prepaid mode. Moreover our website is having a SSL certificate from GEOTRUST with Extended Validation.
    • Can I make credit / debit or internet banking on Surpluss.in through mobile?
      Yes it is possible to use the payment facilities while accessing through mobile.

    • Is it possible to cancel an order that I have placed?
      Yes, you can cancel only if the product is not shipped. If the product is shipped then it will be covered under our Returns and refund Policy.
    • How are the products packaged?
      Each and every product shipped by Surpluss is carefully packed in a water proof and damage resistant packing. The package is air and road worthy and aligns with our Green Pluss philosophy.
    • Are the products insured?
      Yes, each and every shipment done by Surpluss is covered by Transit Insurance and there is no liability or risk to the customer.
    • Will I get invoice of my purchases?
      Surpluss will provide the printed invoice with all the items.
    • Can I buy bulk quantities of any product?
      Yes, you can buy more quantity of any product based on stock availability.
    • Can I buy more products in single order in one go?
      Yes, you can. As you click the Buy button on a product page, it gets added to your shopping cart. You can add as many products as you want and then pay for the entire order in one go!
    • Can I make changes in shipping address?
      Customer can change the shipping address till the product is not shipped and if the product is shipped then we can only try for the same.
    • Do I have to pay any shipping or Delivery charges?
      As a special inaugural gesture to our customers, Surpluss is offering free shipping for all products for a limited time.
    •    What is the process of EMI Cancellation?
      The EMI cancellation is similar to cancellation and refunds associated with credit cards and / or debit cards.
    •    What happens if the order fails while payment processing but money gets deducted from my card or bank account?

    •    Do you have a return / replacement policy?

      We always strive to offer our customers 'peace of mind' shopping. We want each and every order to bring delight to our customers.

      We accept returns for replacements up to seven (7) calendar days from the day of delivery. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

      • Wrong product / model / colour or wrong size shipped

      Please Note – For returns for replacements please do not remove any accessories or booklets or cards as received from the box. Damaged boxes are not dispatched from our side and thus broken or damaged boxes with working products will not be accepted for return. Any product whose box has been defaced by writing address or any other way will not be accepted for return.

      We are happy to help you but we require you to inform us through right channel. The above cases should be intimated only via writing an email to anytime@surpluss.in We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location. This will be done at no extra cost to you. In the unlikely event that you have received a defective or damaged product (Specially Electronics like Mobile Phones, Television, as most of our products are covered under brand warranty, hence visit your nearest Brand Service Centre to get the issue resolved & also please intimate us at anytime@surpluss.in within 48 hours of your receiving the product.

      Returns on Non-Defective item

      In this event you are returning the product because you have changed your mind or no longer require the item, then you will have to take responsibility of sending the product to us at your cost. Only internal credits will be released for such returns, which can be utilised for your next purchase.

      Product Acceptance Criteria –

      Once the product reaches us, we will inspect the product. For the product to be accepted as a valid return or replacement it should be –

      • Absolutely unused
      • In original packing (undamaged)
      • With original accessories and manuals, guarantee cards etc

      Once the product is found in acceptable state, you will be intimated. Then as per your preference store credit or replacement will be initiated within 2 days. Any product that is not as per above pre-conditions will not be allowed for return or replacement.

    • What is your refund policy?
      We believe in helping our customers as far as practically possible. We have a refund policy which stands valid for escalations made within 48 hours from the time of receiving the product by customer/receiver. The return product needs to be received in saleable condition at our warehouse, to qualify for refund.

      The refund is made through the same mode (credit card, debit card, or as applicable) through the money has been received. In case of a COD order the refund will be done through a cheque. In case customer changes their mind regarding their purchase, store credits will be issued in their Pluss Wallet** against the order, which may be utilised for their future purchase.

      **Pluss Wallet is accessible by every customer by logging into their Surpluss.in account using their registered email id & password.

      A customer shall visit the brand service centre and avail brand warranty, if they face technical/hardware issue regarding delivered product. Most of our products are covered under brand warranty accessible by visiting brand service centre. If a customer still claims refund, they shall obtain a DOA certificate from brand service centre regarding product & same will be verified by our technician. In such instances, we honour refund policy of 15 Business days after receiving of the return product at our warehouse.

      The decision of Surpluss will be final and binding in this case.

      Surpluss generally ships products within a maximum of 1 – 2 business days. Products are shipped through reputed shipment partners like Ecom Express, Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx and similar.
    • How will the delivery be done?
      Surpluss delivery is handled by reputed courier partners like Blue Dart, Fedex, DTDC and others. The delivery will be done at your designated address in a safe packing. In case you are not available, our courier partner will make 3 further attempts to deliver.
    • Can I change the address of delivery?

    • Can I order from outside India?
      Yes, you can order from outside India. However, the delivery location has to be within India.
